Do you take walk-ins?

What products do you use?
For our color line we use Affinage as our main color line. It has less than 3% ammonia in it, comes in a great variety of colors and provides complete gray coverage. Additionally, we use Aloxxi, Redken and Schwarzkopf for toners and Joico for fashion colors. We use Balmain Hair Couture as our styling products. For hair extensions we work with tape-ins from Hairtalk and Balmain Hair Couture. We love Yon-Ka as our skin care line, it is natural and provides incredible results. Every makeup application includes variety of brands: Make Up For Ever, Viseart, Smashbox, Kett, Kevyn Aucoin, Anastasia Beverly Hills, MAC, Bobby Brown and more.
Do you allow kids?
We love kids! We always provide "grown-up experience" to all of our kid clients (all cuts include wash, cut and style). If your child is accompanying you and is not receiving any service, we simply ask them, as well as all other guests, to remain in our waiting area for their own safety, safety of our staff and other clients. We care about your children and don't want for them to get hurt within our work area where they can easily stumble upon chemicals, sharp objects and hot tools. In waiting area we have comfortable seating, chocolate, water and Wi-Fi where all the guests including little ones can safely wait. All kids must be supervised by an accompanying adult.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit and debit cards and cash. We do not accept checks.
I don`t see available time on the schedule, can you schedule outside of working hours?
Absolutely, we understand that everyone`s schedule is different and we try to accommodate our clients with flexible scheduling. Just give us a call at 303-665-0529 or send us a request and we will work with your schedule.
Do you send appointment reminders?
You may choose the preference of contact method. We send out confirmations of your appointment at the moment of booking either via text, email or both. 24 hours prior to your service you will get a reminder as well. If you have a preferred method of contact, please let us know during your next visit.
What`s your cancelation policy?
If you can notify us 24 hours prior to your service, there is no fee for rescheduling and/or canceling. If it is same day cancellation, you may be a subject to 50% cancelation fee. If you have a prior history of 2+ cancelations less than 24 hours prior to your service, we may ask for 100% non-refundable deposit at the time of your next booking.
I'm running late, can I still get my service done?
If you are running late, just give us a call if you can and we will do our best to provide your booked service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we can`t guarantee your service and may have to reschedule your appointment.
Do you offer bridal services?
We love all our brides and always look forward to the bridal season. Please, feel out the form or email us with detailed request, including the day of the wedding and services needed. We try to reply to all requests within hours, but please allow 24 hours and we will make sure to get back with you. We are mobile and can travel for the day of the wedding on location (may be a subject to a travel fee based on mileage) and all trials we host at our beautiful salon. To secure your date we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit, until then the date is available. We are very flexible on time and can travel anywhere.
